Great place. My son is happy when he goes in and comes out. The customer service is great! Especially Bonnie. Dr. Kyser is pretty cool too ;)

This is a great practice - everyone is so thorough in explaining each procedure and is always patient and helpful. It's not scary going to the orthodontist at all!

I started my treatment in February of 2015. My primary office is Eldersburg, although I've been to Catonsville and Ellicott City before. Since day one, Dr. Shlash, all of the techs, and front desk assistants (especially Bonnie) have been awesome. At this point, I feel very comfortable coming in for any visit. EVEN WHEN I KNOW IT'S GOING TO BE A ROUGH ONE. I know most of the techs by name and don't have any complaints to note. They always go out of their way to make the experience a good one. I lived in North Carolina for a while last year and traveled back up here for my appointments!! Definitely did not want to switch. I'm so happy I chose Baltimore Orthodontic Group for my treatment :)
