Great place. My son is happy when he goes in and comes out. The customer service is great! Especially Bonnie. Dr. Kyser is pretty cool too ;)

I started my treatment in February of 2015. My primary office is Eldersburg, although I've been to Catonsville and Ellicott City before. Since day one, Dr. Shlash, all of the techs, and front desk assistants (especially Bonnie) have been awesome. At this point, I feel very comfortable coming in for any visit. EVEN WHEN I KNOW IT'S GOING TO BE A ROUGH ONE. I know most of the techs by name and don't have any complaints to note. They always go out of their way to make the experience a good one. I lived in North Carolina for a while last year and traveled back up here for my appointments!! Definitely did not want to switch. I'm so happy I chose Baltimore Orthodontic Group for my treatment :)
I absolutely love the Baltimore Orthodontist Group. This is a great place to have patience go for your check-up on your mouth. The doctors are super nice and have a great impact on the patients future. It is very modern and clean. Also they give rewards for doing different things on this patients rewards hub... it’s great. There is so much to say about it and it’s just all positive things. Keep up the outstanding work!!!
I love the doctors there, they are so kind and thoughtful. They do their research if they need to, to find the best option for you. They also have fun contest that you can participate in.
